Hi, my name is Lindy Gruger Hanson and I’m an artist living in Bend, Oregon with my boyfriend and 2 border collies. I like to paint colorful whimsical worlds! My aim is to create art with the belief that art can inspire people, it can help to heal, make a house a home, and bring joy and positive energy into the world!

This blog is about my art and travels. I love painting in acrylics! I post many thoughts about my art, other artists work and what inspires me. I also share resources I come across and useful tips which other artists might find helpful.
There are all kinds of ramblings on this blog. It’s been over a year of blogging now and I’m enjoying it way more than I thought. We love to travel and experience new cultures, new foods, meet new friends, and look at interesting art! So come along and travel on this journey with me through this blog!
