I LOVE
painting every day

I AM GRATEFUL
for warm Arizona sunshine

I AM FEELING
healthy

I CAN SEE
our house is still a mess from moving

I AM HEARING
humming and music

I AM CREATING
new paintings using new techniques

I AM MISSING
eating wheat
(we’re on our 6th week of no sugar, no wheat diet)

I AM HOPING
to finish my mini paintings tomorrow

I AM PLANNING
some new art projects

Hey there! This is my first visit to your blog! We are a team of volunteers and starting a new initiative in a community in the same niche. Your blog provided us useful information to work on. You have done a wonderful job!

As always, I love your deep color. And reading the concept of warm? Makes me sigh.

I just love it when i see a post from Lindy! Cannot wait to see more of your new artwork. Going without wheat or sugar would be really REALLY hard. Has it become easier though?

Deb, thanks for commenting on my blog. Yep, it does get easier the longer we don’t eat wheat or sugar. We’ve made some great habits that we will keep but there are certain things we miss and can’t wait to be free to eat whatever we want again.

K, sending warm greetings to you! :)
